The number of free visits depends on the total spending made with your Visa card during the previous 35 days** before the lounge visit:
Visa Platinum debit or renewed Ertguli Credit cardholders can enjoy up to 6 free lounge visits per year, with a minimum spend of 1,500 GEL.
Visa Signature debit cardholders can enjoy up to 10 free lounge visits per year, with a minimum spend of 1,500 GEL.
Visa Platinum debit or renewed Ertguli Credit / Visa Signature and Travel Visa Signature debit cardholders can enjoy unlimited free lounge visits per year, with a minimum spend of 5,000 GEL.
Travel Visa Signature cardholders can enjoy 30 free lounge visits per year without any spending requirement. This limit includes the cardholder and up to 4 accompanying guests per visit.

Accessing lounges via TBC Mobilebank:
Open Mobile Banking and select “Offers” on the main page.
Go to “Travel Benefits”.
Choose Tbilisi or international lounges and generate a QR code from the page during your visit to present to airport staff.
You can also check your available visits, visit history, and view accessible airports/lounges in Mobilebank. Please check the specific lounge’s terms and conditions before visiting the lounge.
Accessing lounges via Visa Airport Companion app:
Download the app from App Store or Google Play before your trip;
Register your Visa Platinum debit or renewed Ertguli Credit Card / Visa Signature/ Travel Visa Signature debit cards in the app;
Select your preferred lounge and tap “Walk-in”;
Please check the specific lounge’s terms and conditions;
Tap “Membership” to get digital access and present the QR code to lounge staff.
*Travel Visa Signature card is available exclusively for Concept 360 customers.
**Transactions made in the last 5 days of the 35-day period are not counted. If the spending requirement is not met, previously accumulated free visit limits will not be retained.
Visa’s airport lounge service is an additional benefit that cardholders can use at their discretion. Visa reserves the right to define and/or change the terms of this benefit unilaterally.

Can I enter the lounge with guests? Do I have to travel with them?
chevron-down-outlinedYes, you can enter the lounge together with guests. The Travel Visa Signature card allows you to bring guests for free into the lounge. Simply present your membership QR code to the lounge staff and specify the number of guests. If your free guest visits are not available, you can still invite guests by paying $32 per person per visit. The amount will be charged directly to your registered Visa card.
Why was I denied access to the lounge?

What is included in my membership?

How do I qualify for the maximum number of free visits?
chevron-down-outlinedThe Travel Visa Signature card allows you and your guests to enjoy free lounge visits without any spending limit requirements. For Visa Signature and Visa Platinum cards, the number of free visits depends on the amount spent within the 35 days prior to the visit using the specific card. The number of free visits depends on the amount spent with a specific card within the 35 days immediately preceding the visit. For example, if you use a VISA Signature card and spend at least 1500 GEL during the 35 days before each visit to the lounge, the application will automatically activate the free entry option for a maximum of 10 times per year. If you do not spend at least 1500 GEL in the 35 days prior to one of your visits, the free visit to the lounge will not be activated, even if you have not yet reached the limit of 10 visits per year. After using 10 free visits, free access to the lounge will be activated only if you increase your spending to a minimum of 5000 GEL. Therefore, the expenses incurred during the 35 days immediately before each visit must be at least 5000 GEL for you to gain free entry to the lounge.
Can I see the total number of available visits for the cards registered in the application, or for each card separately?

How do I access the lounges?

If no free visits are available, your applicable Visa card will be charged $32. The membership QR code can be accessed via the Membership button on the main page of the application.
Can I use a physical card to access the lounge?
