If you are interested, the service will be fully provided by international roaming service providers Collinson Insurance Services Limited (hereinafter - the "Company"). The company alone makes the decision to provide the service and also alone establishes the terms and conditions of the service. The company is responsible for the service, the proper fulfillment of the rules and conditions.

Service description

The Smart Delay service offers a unique opportunity to gain complementary access to over 1,200 LoungeKey lounges worldwide for up to 24 hours if your flight is delayed by at least 1 hour. Additionally up to 4 accompanying persons can access lounges free of charge.

To take advantage of the offer, pre-registration for the service is required. The registration for the service will not be deducted from the annual free Smart Delay limit, unless the free lounge pass is utilized. If the customer pre-registers for the service, but does not use the lounge pass, they will retain their original amount of free Smart Delay service.
