The FastTrack service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is an additional benefit that you may use at your discretion. If you choose to use it, the Service is fully provided by Highpass.aero and Visa Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Company solely decides on the provision of the Service and independently determines its rules and terms and conditions. The Company is fully responsible for the provision of the Service and for ensuring proper compliance with its rules and terms and conditions.
