Possess a valid TBC Concept Debit Visa Signature or Travel Visa Signature Card;

Activate an eSIM on your mobile device following the instructions provided in the Visa Concierge x TBC Concept chat bot;

eSIM can be activated either by scanning the QR code received in the chat bot or manually;

To activate an eSIM with the QR code, you need to scan it from another electronic device or from a printed copy;

If scanning of the QR code is not possible, you can manually input the applicable data into your mobile device;

Detailed guidelines for eSIM activation can be found for both:

IOS - ANDROID;

Please note that depending on the operating system of your mobile device, some steps of eSIM activation may slightly vary. Also, not all Android smartphones support eSIM;

The QR code provided in the chat bot can be activated within a 14-days following its generation;

The complimentary roaming package is valid for 30 days from the date of activation;

A new QR code can be obtained through the chat bot only after 5 days following the receipt of a previous one;

An unused QR code will be subtracted from the quota specified in terms of the offer and won`t be the subject to monetary compensation. E.g. if a user generates a QR code for the first time during the offer and doesn't utilizes it, he/she will be left with the chance to utilize the free roaming package only once before the offer expires.
