Value Retail Management Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides these services upon your request and sets the terms and conditions for them at their own discretion. TBC Concept Visa Signature Travel Card holders have the opportunity to earn additional Miles&Smiles Miles in boutique village based on the following principle: 1 mile for every 1 euro/pound spent.
To take advantage of this offer, you need to present your payment receipts, TK number, travel card, and passport at the Concierge/Tourist Information Center in the boutique village and request your miles.
The earned miles will be automatically credited to your TK number within a maximum of 2 weeks. It is recommended to keep your payment receipts until the miles are reflected in your Miles&Smiles account. For more details, please visit the link.
To redeem the offer, cardholders must register on website generate a personal QR code and present it at designated stores and restaurants to benefit from the discount savings.

The QR code is generated once and can be presented in all designated stores and restaurants across the Bicester Village Shopping Collection;
The QR code is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and will not be available during "further reduction" or "blackout" periods, when an alternative gift may be offered. Full details of any "blackout" periods when the VIP Card or eVIP QR code will not be available will be provided at the relevant Village Welcome, Visitor or Concierge Services, and can also be accessed on the relevant Village website or www.tbvsc.com;
The identities of the participating boutiques and terms and conditions are available online in the QR code app or upon request at the relevant participating Village Welcome, Visitor or Concierge Services and on the relevant Village website;
The QR code is non-transferable and is only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued. It has no cash value and is not for sale or resale. The QR code will become invalid if tampered with in any way;
The QR code is only available to use for a period of up to 24 hours from the first purchase made using the QR code in the participating Village. The QR code cannot be used for previously made purchases;
The QR code is only for use at the participating boutiques at the participating Village and must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the benefit of the 10% reduction. The Customer acknowledges that some of the participating boutiques may not be operating on the day of use. There may also be recently opened boutiques which are not listed and the Customer should enquire at the relevant Village Welcome, Visitor or Concierge Services for details.
To book an apartment in boutique villages, it is required to submit a reservation request to PartnerServices@BicesterVillage.com at least 48 hours in advance;
With each purchase made using the QR code, you can accumulate loyalty "stars" with standard terms;
Loyalty program conditions can be found in your personal profile;
You must be a resident of the country in which a Village is located in order to access Virtual Shopping with that Village
